We are proactive, responsive and encourage our investors to be the same with the maintenance and care of their properties to ensure warmer, dryer and safer homes.
We highly value our relationships with our tenant clients. We are proactive, communicative and work with our investor clients to provide warm, safe and dry homes. Each of our managers look after a small portfolio of properties. This means that we have time to do things properly and communicate with all our clients effectively.
The team from Resolve welcomes all tenants to their new homes. Our role is to ensure that tenants have an enjoyable renting experience with us. We have prepared a guide called Your Home, Our Care. Each new tenancy with Resolve is welcomed with a guide and an information pack.
We appreciate that moving can be pressured and sometimes stressful. We will make it easy for you to set up utilities such as power, gas, internet etc.
At Resolve, we operate under the Real Estate Institute Code of Practice for Residential Property Management and are members of Leading Property Management of Australasia.
We are an accredited agency for the provision of services to property management with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. This is the highest quality mark we can achieve to reflect confidence in our people and our systems.
