She has implemented property software incluidng asset management systems, procedures and developed exceptional teams to deliver client focused property services.
Having been CEO of one of the largest property management and body corporate companies in the North Island of New Zealand, driven growth at Realestate.co.nz and having been a senior manager in the public sector, as a consultant, Vesna has an excellent track record of seeing through organisational change with operational distinction. Vesna is also a solicitor with a commercial, business and property law background and a qualified mediator. She is a published co-author on the topic of unit titled properties “Unit Titles – A Practical Guide to Understanding and Complying with the New Unit Titles Regime” (Thomson Reuters, 2011) and is currently penning her second book that is marginally more interesting than the first.
