Vesna Wells
Director
Vesna is a qualified and practising solicitor with more than 20 years experience, has a passion for the property industry and supporting Resolve clients throughout New Zealand to understand their property portfolios and legislative obligations. She also has a Masters of Business Administration from Victoria University (2006) enabling her clients to benefit from her business acumen and commercial understanding. Having been CEO for nearly eight years of one of the largest privately owned property management companies in New Zealand and growing Realestate.co.nz’s rentals portal, she is currently assisting Resolve clients with asset management, construction, leasing and strategic decisions about property. Vesna specialises in helping clients to fully maximise their assets.
Vesna is recognised as one of the leading specialists in the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 and as a qualified and practising solicitor, she assists Resolve advisory clients (property management companies) all throughout New Zealand resolving legal issues and providing practical advice. Her clients can rely on her to see through complex legal matters and Tenancy Tribunal hearing preparation with care and consideration.
Vesna is a founding member of RealESmart.co.nz a web based application that helps buyers, investors, property managers, real estate professionals, mortgage brokers and other allied property professionals to make sound decisions about property. Having turned a 16 year old spreadsheet into a unique property tool, RealESmart.co.nz is a great tool for all property enthusiasts.
Vesna is also a qualified mediator specialising in property/construction disputes. She is a published co-author on the topic of unit titled properties “Unit Titles – A Practical Guide to Understanding and Complying with the New Unit Titles Regime” (Thomson Reuters, 2011). She is currently penning her second book that is marginally more interesting than the first!

Team Lead of Property Management
Bronwyn Robinson heads up our Property Management at Resolve. Bronwyn is a property super star. Having worked for many years for a leading body corporate company in New Zealand and having been recognised by her clients as one of the best in managing property, Bronwyn is a specialist in property and people management. Bronwyn leads the property and asset management of Resolve and works with our investor clients to ensure properties are well maintained, attract great tenants and achieve best market returns. Bronwyn is kind and fair and with this nature she ensures that all of Resolve’s clients – tenants, investors and preferred contractors, receive exceptional and attentive service at all times. Resolve’s motto of “your home, our care” is incredibly important to Bronwyn to ensure that our client’s renting experience with Resolve is a great one.

Caroline Stringer
Property Manager
Caroline Stringer is an exceptional property manager. Prior to joining Resolve, Caroline came from a dispute resolution background having worked for many years with Hewlett Packard before becoming a mum. Her ability to bring people onside and resolve issues is one of Caroline’s greatest qualities. Over the last few years, Caroline has led our Healthy Homes requirements and become an expert in ensuring all properties in the Resolve portfolio are compliant with the Residential Tenancies Act 1986. She has also led the online forms at Resolve making it easy for our clients to sign and return documents. Caroline’s care and attention to detail with inspections, reporting and following up ensures that all properties are maintained well and that properties are warm, safe and dry for everyone who rents through Resolve.
